Are these real plants or artificial? They look so realistic.

Our plants are 100% artificial but handcrafted to look incredibly lifelike. From the textures to the color gradients, every detail is designed to mimic nature with precision.

What makes your faux plants different from cheaper ones online?

Most faux plants look plastic and generic. Ours are made with premium materials, artisan-level detailing, and come in designer pots. They’re built to elevate your space, not just fill it.

Do they come pre-potted or do I need to assemble anything?

Floral arrangements arrive pre-potted and styled exactly as shown in the photos. Just unbox and place it. No shaping, fluffing, or re-potting required. Some large plants, such as the Cherry Blossom Tree, will arrive in two boxes. Check the packaging for an unboxing tool and an instruction video link on how to assemble them easily.

Can I use these outdoors?

Any plants crafted with UV-resistant materials, such as the Green Grass or Turf Bench, can endure sunlight and weather, making them ideal for placing indoors or outdoors. Our floral arrangements are intended for indoor use. While they can handle light exposure, they’re not meant to sit outside in the elements long-term.

What if I don’t love it once it arrives?

We offer hassle-free returns within 5 days of delivery. If it doesn’t feel right in your space, no worries - send it back.

How long will these faux plants last?
